Stage 1 - Company’s home base: renovating and converting the large studio into a main performance hall housing about 300 seats as well as service and operational facilities for the Company.

Stage 2 - Dance school: renovating the Kibbutz’ dining hall and converting into a dance school consisting of 4 studio halls and two classrooms.

Stage 3 - Academic workshop and student dormitories: building 4 new dance studio halls and classrooms.
Renovating current student dormitories.

Stage 4 - Administration building: building offices, a library and archives and a cafeteria.

Stage 5 - A hospitality village and treatment through movement center will be built and operated within the site’s vicinity through a business partnership.
